Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the 3walkers.co B2B platform operated by Jiangsu 3 Walkers Machinery Co., Ltd. Creating an account or submitting an inquiry means the user agrees to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

The platform is designed for business-to-business transactions. Users must be at least 18, have authority to bind their organization and protect their account credentials.

Platform Services

Services include product browsing, specification inquiries, quotation requests, order and payment tracking, technical downloads, after-sales support and communication with the sales team. Online quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

Inquiry, Orders and Warranty

An inquiry is not a binding purchase contract. A contract requires a formal Sales Contract or Purchase Order and confirmed deposit payment. Default terms state 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, FOB Shanghai unless otherwise agreed, and a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Users must not submit fraudulent inquiries, access systems without authorization, scrape without written permission, upload malicious code, violate laws or disrupt the service. Product specifications, drawings, images, text, trademarks and software belong to Jiangsu 3 Walkers Machinery Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

Termination, Law and Contact

Accounts may be suspended for breaches or harmful activity. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are first subject to good-faith negotiation and may be submitted to the competent court in Jiangsu Province. Contact: sales@3walkers.co.
